Obviously sanctions and prosecutions for sanction violations. Threats, grabbing their citizens for kangarooing in the courts. Kick them out of the f-35 program they never should’ve been brought in on in the first place, probably cut off all weapons shipments and even hit kill switches in any us planes they have.
