The kickstarter for this game started before GTA 5 came out, for reference.
Pretty sure it’s never gonna come out. I think it’s eclipsed Duke Nukem Forever at this point.
At this point a lot of games have.
Dnf took just over 14 years, and i think holds the Guinness record still. However, I’m sure other games will take it provided they ever release, like SC or Beyond Good and Evil 2. The key point is the games actually have to release.
As an original Kickstarter backer of Star Citizen, honestly I’ve played enough to compensate me for my $40 over the years, at this point if the game releases it’ll just be a nice surprise.
Spinoff? It was the original idea.
There needs to be SC anonymous meetings. “Hi I’m a SC Kickstarter backer. It’s been 10 years since I bought a ship or given Roberts money.”

I paid for a copy of this…at least 10 years ago, I bought a couple of ships too,never played the game.
