vampire of the mists was one of my favorite books as a kid. and written by a first-time novelist who went on to write tons of books in sci-fi fantasy. recommended

when i was a kid we were set to go on a long trip and i got to pick out a book for it–i randomly picked dragons of autumn twilight, my first ever fantasy novel–instant addiction; don’t know how many bookshelves i filled up with dragonlance books, but it was a lot
Some fairly famous actor was trying to work on a Dragonlance movie at some point a while back. Wonder what happened to that.
