lemmyBB is history — where to go from here?
This project is unmaintained and not compatible with current Lemmy versions. You are welcome to fork it and continue development.
I’ve never really gotten along with #Reddit, I will never be happy with the #phpBB interface — all I want is the feel of #vBulletin with Lemmy’s content, all within the Fediverse.
If anyone has found a new place like this, please leave a note below.
There’s https://forum.retrolemmy.com/, which, as far as I know, runs actual unmodified lemmyBB using an API bridge.
I’ve been thinking about this as well, actually. Once I’m done with the lemmy API v4 stuff, I might look into providing alternate UIs (like a phpBB-inspired one) as part of mlmym. Maybe. Can’t make any promises :)
