I meal prepped shepard’s pies in my new IKEA glass tupperware. I’m having my first one, bake in the dish with mash on top. It’s really tasty. Maggi Gravy mix and Worcestershire sauce flavours.

I just smashed a bowl of eggplant curry and coconut rice

Absolute shit chicken curry (bastards used a breast…terrible choice for a catering chef) and dry ass rice…HOWEVER… Smithwicks saved the day.

A couple of mini egg & lettuce wraps.
