Revolution requires revolutionary organizations with mass appeal. You can’t just flip a switch and do it. So step one is building those.

Actually I’d say step zero is articulating a clear, concise, and palatable alternative to current social structures. I don’t really see many anarchists and libertarian socialists doing that very well right now.
