I’m sitting at the airport people watching and feeling the same discomfort with my body and appearance that I’ve always felt, and I wonder how many women don’t feel like that and what it’s like.
Its exhausting and honestly makes me want to not be alive a lot of the time.
Edit: All my t-girl homies spotting the dysphoria right away 😅, I didn’t really want this to be about my dysphoria I guess, but well spotted.

Can you imagine a body or appearance you wouldn’t feel that way about? If so, would it be more or less feminine?
I might be way off base here, but that feeling you described, that’s a lot like how I would describe gender dysphoria for me pre-transition.
Imagining how you would feel if you could shake off the expectations associated with your agab can be instructive. If you find a spark of joy while doing that, you can follow it, you can play with your gender expression and see what leads you to more joy.
Apologies if im barking up the wrong tree, I just know I wish someone said this to me years ago.
I’m 17 years ahead of you there.
I don’t feel any better for it, nothing changed, my body is mostly the same.
I just wanted to bring it up. It’s good that you spent time with that possibility.
Feels like I wasted half of my life chasing waterfalls to no avail.
