Honest question- are the down votes just because it uses gen-ai, or because canonical has done something fucky here?

If gen-ai makes transcription better to my mind thats one of very few meaningful usecases and I would love to have voice transcription on my laptop, but I dunno if theres some additional shit people take issue with here that I’m just not in-the-loop about. Which always feels like a bit of a risk with canonical these days
