It very much does! I’ve been on HRT for 20 months, and I don’t stink when I sweat anymore (haven’t since month 2ish). I just have an odor that’s best described as feminine.
And genital area sweat/moisture is a different texture and smells like pussy (because my genitals are doing their best to be one).

yes it does! I don’t know how to describe it but sweat smells more feminine.
and there’s actually some good research out there on how the genitals begin to smell more like a vagina, which is very interesting. hrt is magic
