Extreme cruelty is the operative mandate, ICE officers are the lowest of the low, skid marks that couldn’t or wouldn’t do other work. They are disenfranchised, woeful victims because of others and they are angry and want to be able to lash out. Well ICE lets hem do just that, lash out at immigrants or people that look different then them, and is friggin legal, they get off on this.
