Minority government and lowish voter turnout means they dont have a mandate for a referendum.
If they can get a few more people to not turn out they’ll have a lock on separating from Canada!

Just call it sedition. If it is when Alberta does it - it is - then it needs to be when Qc does it.
Voter turnout doesn’t matter you don’t turn up that is your problem.
