FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – An ICE agent who was found sleeping on a lawn in Fresno was shot in the stomach after police say he refused to move and attacked the 72-year-old homeowner, causing the homeowner to shoot him in response.
Police say 32-year-old David Gonzalez of Texas also appeared intoxicated during the incident.
Nice.
incredibly based and I hope it inspires more defense like it. I’m sure the reason the family gets off is their police connection, but considering ICE loves doing blatantly illegal home invasion shit like this, states with “Stand your ground” type laws should be sending these bastards home in body bags. No court is gonna find someone guilty of firing on a masked maniac trying to kidnap your daughter, or son, or husband, or wife.
It’s self defense.
