My Intern Bullied Me Again!

  • SCP-13580-J

    Object Class: Thaumiel

Special Containment Procedures: The doorway to SCP-13580-J is to remained locked outside, with keys to remain in possession of Agent ███ and the staff of Site-58. Further security measures are unnecessary outside of Procedure-GKY.

During Procedure-GKY, Containment Procedures and Threat Level are adjusted to accommodate the Containment Procedures and Threat Level of involved object(s).

Description: SCP-13580-J is the landing between floor 11 and 12 of a stairwell in an office building in ██████, China. The stairway’s anomalous properties only manifest when a pair of single adult women with strong feelings towards each other meet at the landing. Regardless of how positive the relationship between the two was previously, the pair will go on to develop a romantic relationship within a year 100% of the time. Although hostilities between the pair may temporarily increase, their eventual relationship will be more affectionate, supportive, and longer lasting than the national average.

The secondary effects manifest when a couple enter the landing. The pair will experience a temporary increase in libido, resulting in immediate gestures of physical affection, and a reported long term strengthening of their romantic bond.

Procedure-GKY: Following recommendations by the Ethics Committee, researchers began to investigate novel methods for improving the quality of life for sapiant SCPs. Agent ███, who was part of the team that originally secured the stairwell, proposed that SCP-13580-J be used to alleviate loneliness for female SCPs.

    [BEGIN LOG]

Agent Lu: For the record tell me again why we should consider your proposal?

Agent ███: Because yuri is precious!

Dr. Lin: We understand that you think that, but please explain how it will improve the quality of life for contained persons.

Agent ███: The biggest complaint Skips seem to have is that they’re lonely and have little reason to continue living. Ergo, helping them find companionship would help on both fronts! Plus, women being together is just better than trying to ship them with guys.

Agent Lu: (under her breath) Oh my god…

Dr. Lin: While the benefits to subject’s mental health are certainly compelling, concerns have been raised about autonomy, as well as concerns about danger to non anomalous humans who would likely be the subject’s partners.

Agent ███: The stairway only works on people who already have something going on between them. Worse case scenario, it just doesn’t work and no harm is done.

Agent Lu: And who’s fucking job is it gonna be to transport dangerous beings to an active office building in the middle of downtown?

Agent ███: I’m gonna be the person at the most risk. Besides, you guys can always veto anybody who is too dangerous.

Agent Lu: But what about the person who now has to date an anomaly? Won’t they have to be one of us to even be eligible?

Dr. Lin: In certain cases, another anomaly might be eligible if they have a close relationship.

Agent ███: Oooo, I haven’t considered that! I really dig monster girl x human, but monster girl x monster girl is totally a vibe!

    _Agent Lu slams the table_

Agent Lu: Dude, these aren’t fictional characters you fucking pervert! These are real people and dangerous beings that could easily get a lot of people killed! Who the fuck are you to treat them like you fetish material?! Do you have an ounce of maturity at all, or has yuri manhua rotted your brain to the point-

Dr. Lin: Agent Lu, please calm down. Agent ███, don’t refer to sapiant anomalies as monsters. Let’s end this interview here; you’re free to go Agent ███

    Agent ███: Understood sis.

    _Agent ███ leaves_

Agent Lu: I hate that guy.

Dr. Lin: He’s a harmless fool.

Agent Lu: Yeah right. Who’s next?

Dr. Lin: Nobody. This is by far the most viable idea outside of giving the anomalies more distractions.

Agent Lu: Wait, you’re seriously approving this shit?

Dr. Lin: Several departments are pushing this for some reason. I guess they find the idea cute.

    Agent Lu: And you agree?

Dr. Lin: That’s irrelevant. Besides there’s a few dangerous anomalies who would become less of a problem if they just fall in love with each other.

Agent Lu: We’re all gonna die.

Dr. Lin: Don’t worry, we can figure it out. We’re the best of the best, so we’ll make sure that doesn’t happen.

That interview ended up being way too long, but I’m not gonna put in the effort to cut it back. If more than 10 people want more, I’ll consider adding procedure logs or something
