The woman’s friends said a group of men had tried to block them from entering the bathroom after the men were seen “cheering and appearing to encourage the activity inside,” according to the report.
The group of up to five men initially told the woman’s friends she wasn’t inside the bathroom, the report says. When the two other women pushed forward, a man grabbed one of them by the hair as the other picked the bathroom lock, according to the report.
These people should be charged as well for being accomplices
Everybody that was present as well as everybody with a leadership role in that chapter needs to be charged, usually 3-5 people would be in an authoritative position from president to event planner to security, bartender if doing it that way. The only way to handle these organizations is by actually punishing everybody involved as well as their entire “leadership”, at a minimum President and VP need to be charged every time something like rape occurs at an event or on their property.
the correct thing is going to the police and filing a report, a prestigious UNIVERSITY will not do such thing and will likely bury it in most cases for fear of retribution/donation from wealthy donors.
Bears don’t cheer as other bears attack you.
