The Last House is scary but not too much, great for a 10 year old. My daughter loves the Hubie Halloween movies. Coraline is another she loves. There’s always Nightmare before Christmas, admittedly not terribly frigtrning. Labyrinth and The Neverending Story might work but they’re more fantasy than horror.
