Oct. 21 (UPI) – Two of Jeffrey Epstein’s closest advisers have been targeted in a civil lawsuit filed Wednesday in New Mexico, the site of the notorious pedophile’s “Zorro Ranch.”
The state of New Mexico and its attorney general, Raúl Torrez, filed suit in U.S. District Court against Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn, co-executors of Epstein’s estate, whom they accused of facilitating and concealing his “sexual abuse and human trafficking.”
The suit is meant to ensure that Indyke, Epstein’s personal lawyer, and Kahn, his personal accountant, "do not profit after [Epstein’s] death from the illegal activity that they enabled and furthered.
“Through this action, the state seeks to hold these individuals accountable to the fullest extent possible and to ensure that Epstein’s assets are distributed to the survivors of his horrific crimes,” the suit states.
Epstein updated his will two days before his death by suicide in 2019 to leave Indyke with $50 million and Kahn with $25 million.
As one does from a cell.
