They could basically do again what theyve already done twice, which would be to impeach him and then have it die in the senate. Its unlikely they would ever get to 2/3rds majority in the senate even controlling as many seats as they do.
Tbh I dont even want to see them try unless they are feeling certain they will get a conviction. Otherwise its just a waste of time that could be better spent on things of actual substance
