Comments are broken pretty bad right now-I think we all know that. Is there progress being made on fixing this? Does the dev team know and are working on it?
Would you, please, be more specific? How are comments broken? Could you give some examples?
Sorry. I thought most people would have seen the post posted here earlier. No comments appear anywhere but my inbox. I’ll click on “one comment” and there will be nothing there no matter how I sort it. Federated comments also just don’t appear. Sometimes i’ll click on a post with something like “12 comments” but only see one.

I suppose this might be an issue of your language settings. Posts and comments can be tagged with a language and you will only be able to see these if you enabled the language in settings. Btw you can select multiple languages there, I’d recommend to enable at least English and Undetermined (which is the default for untagged comments).
I would take a very close look at this thread. ActivityPub may be a bit quirky but the OP of that thread may have made an oversight.
Problem is I can only see like two comments out of the theoretical 16.
