This prep is fully dehydrated to it will keep unrefrigerated and all you have to do is add water when you want to eat it! Incredibly light weight.

Glad you liked it. I’m always looking for meals that will dehydrate well. Vegan recipes work really well because they don’t have fats that will spoil even when dry.
