I had a question out to LemmySupport at lemmy.ml
And got some help from a user who had mentioned they had a beehaw account but couldn’t reset their password.

Just thought I’d bring that feedback back here to the home instance in case it’s actionable in any way and maybe this user can get their password squared away eventually.

The issue I am having currently is while I can send myself a reset password email, when I try to save my new password, the save never completes. The Save button turns to a spinning loading icon and it never saves.
I’ve tried it in an incognito Chrome window as well, with the same result.
Thanks for reporting this. We will look into it and hopefully have a fix soon. Not sure why this is happening to only a subset of users.
