I personally would rank them like this:

  1. The Sims 3 (with mods ofc); Most content IMO and very intuitive, especially coming from the Sims 4. Also, Open World.
  2. The Sims 2; playing on Mac I don’t have the last 2 packs and that’s annoying. idk it just doesnt feel as alive as 3.
  3. The Sims 4; this only gets 3rd place bc of The Sims 1.
  4. The Sims / The Sims 1 / whatever; no nostalgia for me, doesn’t hold up.

    So my wife would range them almost the same, with Sims 2 and 4 swapped. She loved Sims 4 but Sims 3 just has a lot more staying power due to how much more depth it has.
