Clairvoidance ( @Clairvoidance@kbin.social ) 13•2 years ago“Wow!! Now this is Crazy…did The Christian Owners Sale? Or are they just in Compromise …and crossed the line and gone woke?!! This is absolutely insane…And a line Real Christians would never cross!!” another user said in reply to repost of the pictures on Facebook.
woke is when you sell Baphomet statues
bdiddy ( @bdiddy@lemmy.one ) 6•2 years agoWoke is accepting SATAN as your lord and savior. HAIL SATAN
s_s ( @s_s@lemmy.one ) 3•2 years ago‘Gone Woke’ is just every non-bot poster still on facebook in 2023.
AmidFuror ( @AmidFuror@kbin.social ) 7•2 years agoI love the grammatical nightmare that is so many of the comments from those who took this as real. It’s almost as though there is a correlation.
Pisodeuorrior ( @Pisodeuorrior@kbin.social ) 6•2 years agoTIL people who prompt image generators are also called artists.
H_Interlinked ( @H_Interlinked@kbin.social ) 3•2 years agoThat’s on the editor and, at large, the public’s misconception. We can establish categories, creator labels and whatever we need to do to satisfy our egos, but make no mistake; generating “good” AI art is difficult. Generating the best quality work requires good knowledge of prompting syntax and usually some basic Photoshop skills for preprocessing and ControlNet.
I can also use my own sketch art as the ControlNet. It’s just a new powerful tool and another new digital medium. This time it’s colored by the gatekeeping sentiment that LESS talented individuals might produce art that is good. Which is an absurd way of thinking.
unomas ( @unomas@lemmy.one ) 2•2 years agoWould “prompt specialist” or something like that be more accurate?
Itty53 ( @Itty53@kbin.social ) 4•2 years agoLaugh all you want but programmers have just been glorified “people who can Google really well” for years now, that’s exactly what we’re already describing here. And we do get paid well.
swope ( @swope@kbin.social ) 5•2 years agoI think this is the original post:
unomas ( @unomas@lemmy.one ) 4•2 years agoGreat, we’re no longer going to be able to believe image/video evidence in future.
paper_clip ( @paper_clip@kbin.social ) 3•2 years agoEverything is going to require independent lines of corroborating evidence.
Itty53 ( @Itty53@kbin.social ) 2•2 years agoNah, the art of being stubborn and not giving a shit will just come back to the fore. It’s a lost art. So many people think it’s an activity, not giving a shit, but it’s the exact opposite. Its just a state of mind. There’s a lot of Christians out there that would laugh just as hard at this as anyone because they know Hobby Lobby isn’t their church in the first place, and they recognize people who treat it like one are being blasphemous already.
bdiddy ( @bdiddy@lemmy.one ) 1•2 years agoBeen that way since like the late 90s lol
ℛ𝒶𝓋ℯ𝓃 ( @name_NULL111653@pawb.social ) 2•2 years agoWonderful… Do we have a Lemmy replacement for r/religiousfruitcake yet? This would fit in perfectly.
