[[Soul-Guide Lantern]]

So this and [[Lantern of the Lost]] will be in Standard at the same time.
Which is the better sideboard card? Lantern of the Lost doesn’t make you choose between stopping recursion and drawing a card, but Soul-Guide Lantern doesn’t make you leave one mana open just in case you might need to exile. I guess I’d give Soul-Guide the edge.
(Arguably there are better graveyard-hosers than either, like [[Lion Sash]], but let’s assume you’re going to run one of the Lanterns.)

In standard, both generally seem pretty good as GY hate, but not leaving open the mana is really important in older formats.

Lantern of the Lost hits your own graveyard, too, which some decks might want and some not. 🤷🏻♀️
I wanna try it in my Willow Geist deck. 💁🏻♀️
