As important, the oxygen is produced from locally-sourced CO2, not from water brought from elsewhere.
So it’s not limited by the rocket’s or craft’s carrying capacity.
Is there any evidence of this or is it just “NASA says” as usual?
Seeing as it’s their river and they are operating it, not sure what exactly you want as evidence.
