I didn’t read the article but I just wanna say that air Canada are scum regardless
His custom wheelchair wouldn’t fit on the specific type of plane.
The ruling states they have made certain routes inaccessible by only using certain planes on them.
Now they must accomodate the wheelchair if given enough notice and within a day or two from the booked date.
Good that he won.
