Higher management being very unreasonable and unrealistic… Today they want to deploy several large modules that weren’t even tested by QA(which is a huge red flag) and I never even had time to prepare for deployment because they kept rushing me to develop the thing.
I wanted to resign about 2 months ago(for the same reasons, but back then it wasn’t THIS bad) but I decided against it. I should have resigned back then. 😑

Oof…it’s always managerial problem when project went awry, and none of them seems to learn any lesson :/
