This game came out today. I’m having a ton of fun with it so far, anyone else picked it up? I love all of the older AKI wrestling games and this pays homage to them well IMO

I got it today but wasnt able to play much other than to make sure it runs and launches on linux. The little bit I did play felt a lot like no mercy except with the buttons in different places and some changes to the mechanics. Im excited.

I played a couple of hours and I’m really enjoying it. I can’t wait to play against my friends. Gameplay is smooth and it’s made me laugh out loud more times than I had expected. Worth the price tag I think especially if they keep updating it.
Same here! I’m loving it haha I did 1 play-through of Road to Elite yesterday with a CAW and made another CAW last night to start my 2nd play-through. I’ve laughed out loud more times than I can count and been surprised multiple times lol

Planning on getting a copy today. My best friend of almost 3 decades and I have thousands of hours in the N64 and Gamecube wrestling games. He got his early digitally and says it’s right up that alley. Can’t wait!
You’ll love it then I’m sure! It’s definitely got that flavor to it and I think it’s gonna have high replay-ability it seems like!

I spend most of my time in create-a-wrestler mode in games like this, so when I heard that AEW’s game has a bare bones mode with a minimal number of options, it was an instant “pass” for me. It might be better on PC if mods are developed, or if THQ releases a substantial update, but not worth buying at launch for me personally.
