I love Terraforming Mars! One of my favorite games. I’ve not yet played with all expansions, usually because when I play I’m teaching someone new :)
Well if you only pick up one expansion, make it the preludes. It really speeds up the early game and makes it more fun.
Oh I own all the expansions, and we’ve played with Venus and Preludes, just not the rest.
That’s fun, I’ve never had that happen before.
By the way, what expansion is that map from? I only have Prelude and Turmoil as expansions, but considering picking up more to increase replayability. Would you recommend the one(s) you have?
It’s from the Hellas and Elysium expansion, which I would highly recommend. Having the new boards to swap around breathed a whole bunch of new life into the game for us, as well as the new milestones and achievements.
That sounds great. I really love this game, but after a while each play begins to feel a bit same-y. Would be great to have something new again. Thanks!
