Reddit sent me an email promoting a post on Reddit on a SubReddit about alternatives to Reddit complaining about how much the Reddit mobile app sucks.
🤦♂️ wow super efficient use of everyone’s time
IIRC reddit will by default send you emails about trending posts/topics in subreddits your apart of, but at first it seems ironic that reddit is basically sending an email calling their own app trash
Downloaded, tried it, left my one-star review & deleted it.
It showed me a bunch of crap that had no business existing on my front page.
Idk if it ever changed, but when I checked it out after they launched it, I hated that even as a vertically scrolling mobile app, it squished everything into the center and had empty space on the sides. Totally fucking bonkers.
