Was looking for vegetarian Thanksgiving ideas and stumbled on this Bon Appetit post (same as title). I’ve used this curry as actual curry for decades and never thought to use it straight as a gravy. It has a decidedly Asian/Curry flavor, but I’m going to try adding some sage and see how it goes.
