From personal experience, it seems like things outside of your normal listening don’t affect too much. At least in my case, my daughter making me play the Encanto soundtrack 250,000 times hasn’t affected my weekly or daily playlists.

You can toggle the Private Session mode if you don’t want recommendations to be affected or others seeing what you’re listening to.

haven’t used spotify for a while now but I heard you can specify if you don’t want what you are listening to to affect your recommendations
