Insect borne illness will start exploding in the USA. We no longer have cold enough winters, and our summers are longer and hotter and wetter = boom in insect populations.

I’m curious about the state or Zika and West Nile now too.
West Nile got here in the early 2000’s, and I was hearing about Zika in 2016ish.
Now we can add Malaria to the bingo card.
Just need chikungunya and dengue fever now.
And that’s just mosquitoes.Tick populations booming, so thats Lyme disease. Not to mention the invasive swarming ticks.
What other fun bugs do we have that spread diseases?

I’m not going to worry about this yet. After all, wasn’t Texas supposed to have been overrun by killer bees years ago?
