This is what I came up with. I’m not seeing any heating of the siding it’s hard to tell on the sail as it’s in direct sun. Also the unit is just under the corner of the sail so air can definitely get up and around. There’s about F10* difference between the siding in direct sun and the condenser.

My neighborhood is just too dull to have one I guess. Although once per month the city workers come and pick up leaves and sticks if you place them by the curb, which is pretty exciting.

Pre-purchase inspection for sure. It doesn’t matter if you work on your own stuff, it’s always worth it before you buy something unless you’re ready for a fame off restoration. “Alls it needs is” is the joke around my house when we’re looking at used cars.

How is your footfall when you’re running? I try to run with a mid foot fall rather than heel toe. Takes some gerting used to. I wear doc Martens at work. I started getting hip pain ten years ago and they’re what my doctor reccomended. Havent had any issues since then. He said you don’t really want anything too squishy, but that is probably not the case for foot pain.

No clue, my friend is an older Vietnamese guy. He said he got it at the asian market and just called it “herbal tea” and that it would wake me up more than coffee . It is some kind of green tea.

If it makes you feel any better they do sort out the valuable steel and aluminum. You can also reduce and reuse what you have. I often sell things online and most of the time I reuse cardboard boxes and bubble mailers. I just use the heating element on my kitchen vacuum sealer to melt the end back together.

My driver goes to the opposite side of my street first and then circles back. If I forgot to put the trash out I can hurry and do it before he males it to mine.
