@switchingsoftware@fedifreu.de @kuketzblog@social.tchncs.de yes - and because FB has control of the client software at both ends of the E2EE conversation, there’s no way to know for sure if they ‘process’ the actual content (not just the metadata) people are transmitting. Stay away from all things ‘Meta’.
