I remember that #Eurojust was collecting evidence on warcrimes in relation to the war of Russia in Ukraine from the EU member states. Maybe you can reach out to Eurojust and ask them for their criteria when it comes to the chain of custody/integrity preservation.

Which windows do you have? Can you see if Kate’s RAM use increases over time? Does it depend on interacting with Kate or also happens when the app is open in the background only?
