I made dandelion honey last spring and it tasted like honey. I made sure that the spots I gathered from aren’t close to the dog-walking spots and that there were no herbicides sprayed beforehand.

As someone who recently had to deal with weeds in a suburban neighborhood’s garden, dandelions can get quite annoying once they’re past their flowering stage. Otherwise, the yellow flowers and the tiny pollinators are a delight to watch.
