This was my favorite chicken but I don’t remember how I made it aside from using honey and seasonings. Someone else ate most of it and left me the last piece which I dropped at 3am. I think that means I did a good job lol.

    I use the same method. But I’ve never burned honey in my cast iron. I imagined the cleanup was a little more annoying than some burned on bacon.
