I know of novelupdates but their information is a hit or miss. For the more mainstream series they are accurate, but everything a bit more off the beaten path is a gamble.
Have you thought about keeping notes about what you’ve read? It helps me to remember what happened so far even without ADHD. When I pick up a series again I look up what I’ve posted about the previous volume in my “mini review” here in the weekly thread.
I was taking book notes for a bit, but I had a hard time keeping up with it. I usually read most before bed, when I’m trying to wind down. I found note taking interfered with my sleep.
I should probably get back to it, though. I can likely find time in the morning if I remember.
