With my ADHD, I just don’t have the memory for ongoing series.
Does anyone know of any way to find when light novels complete? Does someone maintain a just somewhere? I used to depend on Reddit for this, but I haven’t been back to Reddit since June. And even then it was hit & miss.
I know of novelupdates but their information is a hit or miss. For the more mainstream series they are accurate, but everything a bit more off the beaten path is a gamble.
Have you thought about keeping notes about what you’ve read? It helps me to remember what happened so far even without ADHD. When I pick up a series again I look up what I’ve posted about the previous volume in my “mini review” here in the weekly thread.
I was taking book notes for a bit, but I had a hard time keeping up with it. I usually read most before bed, when I’m trying to wind down. I found note taking interfered with my sleep.
I should probably get back to it, though. I can likely find time in the morning if I remember.

Cooking with Wild Game for me. And just this weekend The Frontier Lord Begins with Zero Subjects came up. A series I completely forgot already, but I’ll give the second volume a go. Maybe it’s getting less forgettable in the second volume.
