The current scheme is not only excluding children with severe allergies but also other children who can't have dairy products for a variety of reasons, from intolerances to ethics. We would like the government to include dairy-free alternatives in the scheme to ensure all children are provided for.
Good idea, milk I find as such a weird thing. Humans have breast milk when very young, then they move on to proper food. Not exactly natural for adult (or young) humans to suck the milk from cow’s udders, yet it’s completely normalised for some reason. Not only that but the propaganda that it’s “good for you”.
