A game I got on the 14th is still sitting there telling me it has “a pending refund request for this product”.

Am I just too antsy? I thought this would be an automated process.

Has anyone got a time-frame this could take? Being rather new to the Steam world, its all a mystery to me.

  • You mentioned you’re new to the steam world, does that mean your steam account is new? I could potentially see that delaying things a little bit, if they’re doing some vetting so it isn’t someone constantly making new accounts, playing for a couple hours and refunding
