i can only think of Boys Run the Riot (binary transguy), Wandering Son (binary transgal) and as of fifteen minutes ago this one linked called Inside Mari (interesting and problematic queercoded manga from a good faith author)

How I read that as transgender megalomaniac recommendations, I cannot say, but I appreciate the laugh all the same.
