I am zero surprised about this, and honestly expected it earlier. Sentiment analysis is incredibly simple. They get to claim “Oh we don’t read your messages, they’re private” but, AI isn’t reading your messages, no one reads them, but it does summarize into a nice, easy to search set of tags so they can easily hand up what you’re talking about to anyone who asks.
They say they’ll have some sort of AI analyzing what you say. That seems pretty invasive
Also seems likely to go wrong in both directions…
