He’s full of it is what he is. There’s no ‘flat’ org at Valve, it only exists on paper. In practice it’s just as hierarchical as any other company.

Ancap is an oxymoron anyway. Anarchy, based on egalitarian principles, is antithetical to capitalism, which is inherently hierarchical.
