Agreed. I was absolutely hooked on how the game seemed to alter every annoying aspect of Pokémon. Finished the game solo and then co-op with my gf. Everything was enjoyable at the time, but then the feathers started to run dry and I could no longer do the things I enjoy. What killed the game for me was the egotistical lead dev and the inability to listen to what players wanted.
Outer Worlds and Roadwarden make the bundle worth the price imo. You’d be getting the others along with them.

Oh yeah, I remember reading about some issues regarding the way the devs talked about the community, but I don’t remember the specifics.
The chess game looks funny and kinda interesting too, I wouldn’t mind checking that out.
