Folks can we please treat “trans” like the adjective it is. I’m not a “transwoman” or a “transperson” I am a woman and a person, and I am trans, I am also tall. A trans woman, a trans person. A tall woman, a tall person.
We aren’t people, we’re transpeople, we aren’t (wo)men, we’re trans(wo)men, we aren’t our gender, we identity as our gender, and we don’t have pronouns, they’re “preferred pronouns.”
