And yes you have to spend it all
Edit: There are a lot of little good things in these answers that I often ignore. Thanks everyone.
0x01 ( @0x01@lemmy.ml ) 51•20 days agoCat cafe, you can chill in there for ages slurpin on coffee surrounded by the lil gremlins
SkaveRat ( @SkaveRat@discuss.tchncs.de ) 29•20 days agoI want rat cafes. Sadly there’s only one, and it’s in japan.
I just want to pet chaos potatoes while eating food that they are stealing from me
ouRKaoS ( @ouRKaoS@lemmy.today ) 5•20 days agoIf we’re talking random animal Cafes, I want a lizard cafe with separate rooms for tropical and desert lizards.
illi ( @illi@lemm.ee ) English2•20 days agoThat would be neat. I couldn’t handle having rats anymore due to the prospect of constant loss but would love a place to hang out with some.
Dr. Wesker ( @wesker@lemmy.sdf.org ) English34•20 days agoA big breakfast burrito and a latte.
SharkEatingBreakfast ( @SharkEatingBreakfast@sopuli.xyz ) 30•19 days agoI think I’d buy some bugs for my lizard. Maybe some hornworms? They’re very good for hydration and basically every reptile that eats bugs goes absolutely crazy for them!
If my buddy is happy, then I’m happy, too.
Here’s a picture of my ugly boy, Pączki.
python ( @python@programming.dev ) 8•19 days agoSuperb nakey wrinkly man!!! That Beardie morph was called something like Silkback or Leatherback right? Do they still slightly change their color like normal Beardies? :o
I’d go with the same gist of answer! I’d get some fun snack for my girl Revy, maybe Quail or African Soft Fur, and the rest of the budget would go to random fun enrichment items :)
EddoWagt ( @EddoWagt@feddit.nl ) 5•19 days agoMan, snake faces look so stupid and cute
SharkEatingBreakfast ( @SharkEatingBreakfast@sopuli.xyz ) 10•19 days ago
Herps herps herps!!
Yeah, he’s a silkback. Less of a “morph” and more of a genetic nightmare. Definitely would never recommend to anyone who doesn’t have a ton of time & money to spend caring for them, + extensive experience with bearded dragon care. A leatherback is the best option of you’re looking for a bit of a smoother dragon!
Revy is adorable!! What breed & morph is she?
python ( @python@programming.dev ) 1•18 days agoWhoa, that sounds exhausting haha! Do they need like, moisturizer to help them shed? :o
Revy is a Ball Python, her morphs are Black Pastel, Lesser and GHI (maybe also Confusion and maybe het Clown, the breeder wasn’t sure). Surprisingly, the cool stripe isn’t from something like the Genetic Stripe morph, just a weird effect from the combination of her 3 morphs. Her mom (also BP, Lesser and GHI) actually looks super similar, but has random breaks in the stripe, so Revy just got lucky I guess!
caesaravgvstvs ( @caesaravgvstvs@feddit.de ) 3•19 days agoOMG! That’s the best name for a pet! As a Paczki lover I approve!
Annoyed_🦀 🏅 ( @Annoyed_Crabby@monyet.cc ) 2•19 days agoWhat species is this? It looks like house gecko but larger and oddly cute
He’s a bearded dragon with a genetic defect that caused him to be born without proper scales or spikes.
Because of that, he’s a “special needs” animal, so he needs lots of extra care to keep him healthy.
I’d definitely recommend (fully scaled) bearded dragons as pets! Mine is an excellent cuddle-buddy and constantly makes me smile with his dumb goofy antics and curiosity.

DozensOfDonner ( @DozensOfDonner@mander.xyz ) 2•19 days agoDo you mean that 5 bucks only gets you a spoonfull of BnJ? Because over here a bucket is like <5
DAMunzy ( @DAMunzy@lemmy.dbzer0.com ) 3•19 days agoA pint of BnJs is about $8 at a convenience store near me. You might be able to get it for $5-6 at Walmart. I was just joking about how expensive it is and writing the name like Blow Job. Was just being silly.
DozensOfDonner ( @DozensOfDonner@mander.xyz ) 1•18 days agoDamn that’s pretty insane. I think normally they are 4.99 euro over here and that’s already a lot imo. To be honest I only ever buy them when there is a discount or something.
edric ( @scytale@lemm.ee ) English19•20 days agoIt’s so hot right now I’d probably spend it on ice cream and/or frozen custard. Then be in the bathroom an hour later because I’m lactose intolerant.
Dave ( @Dave@lemmy.nz ) 8•20 days agoYou’re not gonna grab some lactase pills with part of the cash, or spend that $15 on dairy free ice cream?

Margot Robbie ( @MargotRobbie@lemm.ee ) 15•19 days agoFellow lemmings, I, for one, would spend that 15 dollars on a copy of the “Barbie” movie on Blu-ray and digital, because nothing would make me happier.

wowwoweowza ( @wowwoweowza@lemmy.ml ) 13•19 days agoI will spend it educating people that we write fifteen dollars as $15.
AlolanYoda ( @AlolanYoda@mander.xyz ) 12•18 days agoI would campaign for fifteen dollars to be written as 15$. The other way around makes no sense. Dollars is the unit, and you say “fifteen dollars” and not “dollars fifteen”. That we landed on the backwards convention is a travesty.
Sure, 15$ wouldn’t get me far, but it’s a start!
morbidcactus ( @morbidcactus@lemmy.ca ) 1•18 days agoSuper regional, remember learning 15$ in French class but using $15 everywhere else because I’m an anglophone. Personally, as someone else said, it’s a unit, totally makes sense treating it as such and I do tend to use iso currency codes when talking dollars because I’m Canadian, 40 USD is 54.75 CAD, 40 CAD is 29.23 USD, if I don’t specify that it makes things look way more expensive comparatively.
Marin_Rider ( @Marin_Rider@aussie.zone ) 11•19 days agoconvert it to $1 and $2 coins. get the best super glue I can for $12
buy a $1 bag of popcorn (go pop it at home)
glue the remaining $2 coin to the path somewhere visible and near a bench so I can watch.
sit, with popcorn, and watch people try to pick up the glued $2 coin for as long as I feel entertained
Xer0 ( @Xer0@lemmy.ml ) English2•19 days agoDid this when I was a kid with a 50 pence piece. Superglued it to the pavement in our town and watched from across the street as numerous people bent down to try and pick it up. Classic.
