How does this, (or 12ft.io for that matter) actually work? Client-side trickery? Magic cookies? Something like adblock?
EDIT: Apparently it just blocks JS and disguises itself as an SE crawler. This still doesn’t work on sites like Bloomberg, and if I understand correctly nothing can be done there.
I’ve never gotten even the original 12ft to work a single time. Bypass Paywalls Clean is the only thing that has worked for me incredibly consistently
I just installed this a couple days ago and already used it twice. It’s super easy and convenient.

Just a grammatical nitpick in the readme but as a compound adjective it would be 13-foot Ladder. “That ladder is 13 feet tall” vs “That is a 13-foot tall ladder”.
