There is a german speaking train subreddit where like half of the train drivers are femboys (or it is just the same two people posting so often that my perception is skewed), so I would guess that it is fine. Gender non conforming people and trains just go well together.
I will remember this next time I’m told “sänk ju for träwelling wis Deutsche Bahn”.

Well I COULD, hypothetically, see an employer not being exactly ecstatic about their employees doing this while apparently on company time. I know it’s unlikely for OP’s employer to not only see this but also think it worthwhile to find out who they are, I mostly wanted to make a dumb joke ;)

I don’t think he’s the reason the train is late, they seem to be stopped at a station. He’s just taking the opportunity while stopped to take a picture.
