I have the opposite problem. I know lots of transfems but very few trans men.

Which really sucks because i’m into men, but good men are really hard to find. Like, seriously, where are all the queer, feminist, gentle, emotionally available men at?! I go to irl queer events and it’s usually all women. (Not that women aren’t also hot, but i’m trying to catch 'em all here. 😝)

By virtue of their lived experiences, trans men are usually more feminist and queer friendly than cis men, and are therefore much more attractive on average. And yet I can’t seem to find any 😥

At least 80% of the trans women I know were computer science majors, or at high risk for becoming one. The one thing I know for sure is that computer science majors don’t go outside.

Is being a trans woman not already a major risk factor for cs majoring?

Do trans men actually have that much of an advantage when transitioning, or is it just that people don’t care as much?

i don’t think there’s any innate advantage, but on average, trans men transition earlier than trans women, so that may have something to do with it

there’s also that, if you don’t pass, being seen as a masculine woman is much less risky than being seen as a feminine man (i’m talking the “man-in-a-dress” stereotype here, not femboys and such), so trans women are more likely to do the “boymode until you can pass then go stealth forever”

honestly most of my trans men friends just prefer things like hunting and fishing (and especially finding cool bugs) over the internet.
